Join us at Re-Engage, our new annual fundraising gala, at The Museum of Flight on Thursday, October 10. 2024.

The gala will be a celebration of Seattle CityClub’s 44th anniversary of informing, connecting, and engaging the public to strengthen the civic health of the greater Seattle region and beyond.

At the time, many civic organizations were open to men only. The eight (8) women founders of CityClub were determined that their new organization would be open to all and provide a nonpartisan forum for ideas and debate. Since its first program in 1981, CityClub has sponsored thousands of dialogues, discussions, and candidate forums featuring local, regional, and national experts and leaders.

At Re-Engage, we will:

Honor our organization’s founders
Celebrate democracy, civic engagement, and civil discourse
Host a panel discussion on voter engagement spanning the decades
Proceeds from the gala will support several of our free to low-cost programs that Seattle CityClub hosts throughout the year, including:

Civic Boot Camp
Civic Cocktail
Civically Engaged Youth Council (new!)
Legislative Preview
WA State Debate Coalition
Year In Review
